Serious Brewing Co. is a NYS Farm Brewery located in scenic Schoharie County at 116 Caverns Rd, Howes Cave, NY 12092.
We proudly serve our own fresh-brewed beers along with some of the state’s best farm-produced beer, wine, cider, and distilled spirits.

On nice days, we open the patio doors for outside seating, and you’re welcome to enjoy a cold one with your best friend, whether they have two legs or four. Menus are available for local food delivery, or you can bring your own meal to pair with our beers. We also have snacks available on site.
